You need 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ white onion, 3 cloves garlic, 3 teaspoons ancho chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth, 1 28 ounce can tomatoes, 5-6 eggs, 1 cup diced potatoes, 2 cups kale and 4 ounces goat cheese.

It makes this meal such a cheesy experience you would love to have every day! You need 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 sausage links – sliced, 1 tsp of garlic powder, ½ tsp of red pepper flakes, ½ cup of basil leaves, pinch of salt and pepper, ½ cup of parmesan cheese, 2 cup of mozzarella cheese, 28 oz of pasta sauce, 12 ounces penne pasta and ½ cup of milk
3. Cheesy Chicken Taco Rice
This recipe is the perfect combination of chicken, cheese and spices. Just choose your favorites, put them in one pot, add few more ingredients and in short time you will have an amazing lunch or dinner. To prepare this one, you need 1 – 1.5 lbs lean ground chicken, ½ yellow onion, 1 tablespoon canola oil, plus an extra drizzle for cooking the rice, 1½ cups uncooked instant brown rice, 1 teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon chili powder, 2 cups low sodium chicken broth, 1 (14.5 oz) jar salsa, 1 cup corn kernels, 1 cup canned black beans, 1 Roma tomato, ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 avocado, 1 green onion and fresh cilantro to taste

Burrito bowls are just as much as delicious as the classic burrito. It’s even better because every ingredient is in one bowl and you don’t have to worry if you’re going to make your clothes dirty. If you prepared a burrito previously, you know what ingredients you need, but in case you don’t, here they are – 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 cup red bell pepper, 1/2 cup diced sweet onion, 1 pound lean hamburger, 1/3 cup salsa, 1 can black beans, 1 can corn, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can diced green chiles, 1 cup jasmine rice (or any long grain), 1 Tablespoon taco seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 2 cups chicken stock (chicken broth works too), 1 cup shredded cheddar/jack cheese and salt and pepper to taste

You need these ingredients: 1 tablespoon canola oil, 1 medium onion, 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper, 1 jalapeno, 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 and 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can diced tomatoes with chiles, 2 cups chicken stock, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, 8 ounces dried macaroni pasta, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and chopped cilantro for topping.
